**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

Dining at this restaurant offers a range of experiences that can leave patrons feeling frustrated or satisfied. While the food, particularly the bagels and breakfast croissants, has its merits, service issues significantly detract from the overall experience. Customers frequently report long wait times and incorrect orders, with staff displaying a lack of attentiveness and courtesy. Despite some commendable interactions, particularly with efficient staff, the overall sentiment suggests that slow service and occasional menu shortages affect enjoyment. While some offerings, like the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, receive praise, consistency seems to be a recurring challenge.

The service at this restaurant is quite slow. I ordered a latte, and it tasted more like milk than coffee, with hardly any espresso. If you have the choice, I recommend going to another coffee shop. Additionally, there seems to be a rather grumpy older woman working here. I suppose this is just what you can expect from a student union establishment.

Generally quick service and solid drinks, but it is a very popular place. Today I ordered chips and guacamole, and a small pumpkin latte for here (I specifically asked for a reusable mug for here). I received a large latte in a disposable cup, and they were out of chips for the guacamole. It's like he didn't even try when taking my order.

This restaurant offers decent food. I particularly enjoy their bagels and breakfast croissant sandwiches. However, my experience was marred by a long wait for my latte—nearly half an hour. To make matters worse, I received a hot latte instead of the iced one I ordered. When I pointed out the mistake, the woman behind the counter simply stated, "Well, you ordered a hot one," with no intent to correct it. With a long line of customers and limited time, I couldn't wait for them to remake my drink. As a barista myself, I understand how hectic things can get, but I believe good customer service should never be overlooked. The staff member seemed quite unbothered by the situation, likely due to the high volume of orders and being short-staffed.
