Lately, there have been some problems with the food quality though - I received two stale croissants. I've had good experiences here before, so I will just skip the croissants next time.

There were around five cars parked outside, waiting to place their order, but the employees inside were ignoring everyone. There was no sign on the door to inform us of the situation. I waited for 15 minutes because I had a delivery from Uber Eats that had ordered from this restaurant. It was very unprofessional for the staff not to communicate with customers who were trying to support the business. I will not be returning to this location.

I used to place a catering order for boxed lunches about once a month, and they always arrive on time, are very professional, and delicious. Because of my positive experiences, I have started ordering from them more frequently. Recently, I ordered food for 60 people for a very important event, and I knew I could rely on Panera to deliver. Everything was perfect - the food arrived on time, was exactly what we ordered, and tasted great. I have been ordering from them regularly for almost 2 years now and have never had any complaints. In the rare event of traffic or construction delays, the drivers always call ahead to let me know, but this is not the norm as they are usually right on time. I really appreciate being able to trust Panera with my catering needs. It makes my job easier and relieves any stress about food for events. I cannot recommend Panera catering highly enough. Thank you for everything!

We tried to find a clean table but didn't succeed. The floor is covered with crumbs. Hope at least they cleaned dishes They were outof most items we wanted including sourdough sandwiches and bacon! Especially frustrating because you can't order with a person(where you get more flexibility) but have to go through a very slow kiosk system. Will never come here again!
