This restaurant has seen a decline in service and ambiance, with many patrons noting issues such as unfriendliness from staff and cleanliness concerns, particularly in the restroom. Sandwiches about as skimpy as Taylor swifts ostrich legs, soup that feels like it was started when the Vols last won a natty, and prices that make you regret and question your life choices and send you into a spiraling depression, asking yourself why you are so stupid to think it would be better. Staff is rude and unengaged and I don’t think the floor has been mopped since they were installed. If you want a sandwich Jersey Mikes is in the same complex.
