However, I placed another order today, and it arrived without the grains! It was labeled a "warm grain bowl," yet it only contained black beans, corn, and tomatoes—no grains whatsoever.

I orde... read more I’m quite disappointed with the salad I received today. Usually, I enjoy the salads here as they're fresh and flavorful, but today was a different story. I ordered the strawberry poppy salad and opted for shredded chicken instead of the regular chicken, even paying extra for it. Unfortunately, what I received was just a small bowl of chicken. I remember their salads being much more generous in size, and this felt more like half a salad, which is inadequate for a meal. It's disheartening that a $14 salad looks like this. I’d rather go to Publix and buy a similar salad for $7 than come back for this tiny portion.

After she handed me my coffee, I accidental... read more This morning, I felt quite rushed in the drive-thru. The cashier with dark hair at the window was not very friendly. After she handed me my coffee, I accidentally spilled it, and she didn't even ask if I needed extra napkins. To make matters worse, there were no napkins in the bag. It would have been nice if she had at least greeted me with a simple "Good morning, how can I take your order?"

The salad I received had very little lettuce, and the turkey bravo was missing the sauce we requested. We've had much better experiences when dining in. The staff are friendly and attentive. I wouldn't recommend using the drive-thru or delivery options; it's best to eat inside or opt for takeout instead.
