The sweetheart at the w... read more Other than the wait and no one having the decency to take a sec and tell me why I was waiting, it was a great tasting breakfast and hot. The sweetheart at the window handing out food was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Worked in food service a long time and most people are very understanding and less likely to be upset if you just open the window and tell them why they're having to wait so long. You'll get less drive offs and less customers getting an attitude. Understand the shorth
