Feedback
Although I had to wait and there was no one available to explain the delay, the breakfast I had was delicious and served hot. The staff member at the pickup window was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Most customers are generally understanding and less likely to be upset if they are simply informed about the reason for the delay. Better communication could lead to fewer cars in line and a more satisfied customer base. While everyone understands the challenges of being short-handed, good customer service is still essential, and effective communication can go a long way in improving the overall experience.
I enjoyed my meal; there were no issues there. However, I found it a bit odd to see piles of partially damaged potatoes next to the drive-thru.
The food is always served hot, and the staff is friendly and provides quick service! My orders are consistently accurate, and I've never encountered any issues when I visit this place. My top choices are the salad, asiago spicy chicken sandwich, and the Baconator.
Other than the wait and no one having the decency to take a sec and tell me why I was waiting, it was a great tasting breakfast and hot. The sweetheart at the window handing out food was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Worked in food service a long time and most people are very understanding and less likely to be upset if you just open the window and tell them why they're having to wait so long. You'll get less drive offs and less customers getting an attitude. Understand the shorth
