The sweetheart at the window handing out food was very respectful and apologized for the wait. Worked in food service a long time and most people are very understanding and less likely to be upset if you just open the window and tell them why they're having to wait so long. You'll get less drive offs and less customers getting an attitude. Understand the shorth

Don't get me wrong, the food is good, service is slow but customer service is the worst. If it feels like I'm ruining your day because you're at work then find a warehouse job so you don't have to interact with society because if you work at the window... it's your job to interact with society

Their salads, asiago spicy chicken sandwich, and baconator are my top choices/go to's.

Employees here are really friendly and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I just had a simple order, but everything was fresh and hot. Not sure if the dining room... read more Employees here are really friendly and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I just had a simple order, but everything was fresh and hot. Not sure if the dining room is open. In the app it says only the drive-through is open, but maybe someone was insideeating? They also have a couple curbside pickup spots.
