What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
the actual coffee and food items are the same with their average diets. But what I don't get is why it takes 30 to 45 minutes to get through the auto-thru circuit. What are these people who need this time? View all feedback.
The service here has become so poor, I've given up on Starbucks altogether. Now i make my drink at home and take it with me. Avoiding the problems at Starbucks has improved my day a lot!
Coffee is good, the parking lot can be hard to get into though. Not the best location for somewhere so busy.
I ordered a vanilla latte and 3 banana walnut loaf for my husband through Uber eats. When my driver arrived at the restaurant she called and told me that they only had one banana loaf left so I got the one banana loaf and 2 chocolate chip cookies instead. When we received our order I opened the package my banana loaf was in and there was a LIVE FLY in the package buzzing around all over the banana loaf!??I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed! I will NEVER order from this Starbucks again! I tried to get a picture but I wasn’t quick enough with grabbing my phone for it had flew out of the package…I think I will try the Starbucks in the Kroger on wal triana
I love Starbucks but they seriously should shut this location down. If you're lucky enough to even be able to fit in the drive through line, you're going to be waiting 45 minutes.. Yes, 45 minutes, for your coffee. And you can't even leave the line if you want to because you are blocked in by the curb. Ridiculous. I considered hopping a curb after 20 minutes. Severely understaffed and horrible parking situation.
As an educator, I receive tons of Starbucks gift cards and I will not return to this location due to the manager Kari. She told me that she needed to charge me $1.25 for vanilla cold foam for labor.... I explained to her that I had bought the same latte two days in a row and did not understand the new charge. She stated it was because the baristas had not been trained properly yet. She continued to tell me that lots of charges were being added now. Very disappointed teacher and former patron!
