What User doesn't like about Muramoto Hilldale:
Goods: Everyone was very friendly, and selection was decent, but not the best in town. No Uni. Surprisingly price wasn't that expensive. Nice atmosphere and great drink selection. Bads: Might be good enough if you haven't had good sushi before. The rice to fish ratio was ridiculous. I take my sushi very seriously and was super disappointed. Way too much rice on every rolls, which is opposite of a good sushi/roll. It'... View all feedback. What User likes about Muramoto Hilldale:
I recently visited Muramoto at Hilldale and was impressed once again. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious. I highly recommend trying the Fire and Dragon rolls - both were fantastic. The miso black cod with bok choy was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I can't wait to go back for more. The soul tang salad and elk soup were also excellent. read moreNestled in Hilldale, Muramoto offers a welcoming ambiance and an impressive drink selection, making it a popular destination for sushi lovers. While the service shines and the food receives high praise—particularly the Fire and Dragon rolls and melt-in-your-mouth miso black cod—some diners noted concerns over the rice-to-fish ratio, which overshadowed the delicate flavors of the fish. Additionally, a less-than-pleasant odor near the restrooms detracted from the overall experience. Nevertheless, with a solid menu and attentive staff, Muramoto is a culinary gem worth exploring, though some aspects may warrant attention.
