When we requested more Parmesan cheese,... read more The food was exceptional, and I have no complaints regarding its quality. However, the service left much to be desired. When we requested more Parmesan cheese, the manager brought it but made a sarcastic comment, saying, “We’ve already added Parmesan to your food!” Our waiter also forgot to bring us bread, and when he finally did, there was no butter or oil for dipping. He neglected to bring my boyfriend his beer and then seemed confused, asking if we had decided on dessert after we had already finished the one he had brought us. It took quite a while for him to bring our cards back for payment. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’ve yet to find a restaurant in Madison that offers good customer service.

The food is genuinel... read more I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and made our celebration feel truly special. The food is genuinely authentic Italian! I just came back from Tuscany and saw dishes on the menu that reminded me of Italy! We also enjoyed the Classico Chianti wine, which is a rare find in this area! The owner even stopped by our table to chat with us! Overall, it was a fantastic evening!
