finally a place that actually has vegan cheese on the menu! they were quite good, but definitiw cost vegan (which I find soothing lol). the fried spits were amazing with the right amount of seasoned, but do not eat the paprika if they want their mouth on fire. they also have an extensive beer list and cocktail selections sorted by likör! the cheese cuurds were delicious, but the burger came without cheese or any sauce and was burned. I was not told about the changes. it was a very dry burger even after the demand for a side of vegan ranch and it was very burned. it came on a pretzel back with some red tweepers and a tomat disc. I didn't eat it. it wasn't worth it, especially not $14. disappointed. but go after the curls. Maybe the other vegan items a... View all feedback.
A nice little local spot that's a bit hidden. MadisonTap is classy without being pretentious. Disclaimer: I did not order food here so my review may be a bit biased. The bartender assured us that their vegan options were incredible. MadisonTap featuresmany local Wisconsin beers on tap. They seem to often rotate the beers and keep a solid selection. MadisonTap was spacious withbar seats, tables, and booths available. The design and decor were well thought out. The crowd seems to be young professionalsin their mid-20s to early 30s. I don't recall the beers I got here but I do remember prices being $7-10 range mark. Thebartender and owner place special emphasis on being vegetarian and vegan friendly. Even one of the cocktails used veganbutter. There was a single bartender when I visited but it was a bit slow. We had a great conversation and watched Christmasmovies on the projectors. Overall, solid experience. 5/5.
First time in the place and it felt like home.Bartender was one of the most personable I’ve ever met. Will definitely go back.
The cheese curds were delicious but the burger came without cheese or any sauce and was burnt. I wasn't told about the alterations. It was a very dry burger even after asking for a side of vegan ranch and it was very burnt. It came on a pretzel bun with some red onions and a tomato slice. I didn't end up eating it. Wasn't worth it especially not being $14. Disappointed. Go for the curds though. Maybe the other vegan items are good.
Awesome gay friendly event space and bar. Super outdoor space in the summer. Highly recommend will visit again ?
Delicious food. Great drinks. You think you don't like Brussel sprouts, but you're wrong. Nice place to hit before a concert!
