Was OpenTable Diner at Madison's a mag?
My friend and I chose this spot for an early, pre theatre dinner. We were seated immediately, and had a great server. The drinks and food were delivered promptly and everything tasted great! Madison's has a great atmosphere. The only issue is the noise level. I have been here two times once on a Sunday afternoon, and once on a Friday night. Had the salmon and pork shoulder sandwiches, which were excellent. Sad that on a Saturday night at 7pm the Brisket sandwich was already sold out considering Friday was during lent. Also did not have two of the beers on the menu. Waitress was great, and handled it well, just found it odd that they were out of 2 beers and the brisket. Everything they did have was excellent. Great fish. we ate there on a Friday night and ordered the fish fry haddock. it was excellent and so were all sides. will definitely return.
What a letdown! extremely disappointed. certain for 8, including some of our friends from the city, the Wednesday before the badgers final four basketball game. received a call from the manager on Thursday by stating that there was a computer glitter and that they could no longer accept for our reservations. as the hostess had told us that the manager had reserved the largest part of the seats for his personal reservations on Wednesday, we think he decided to invite some more friends to take our seats. everything we got on the phone from the manager was a sad, heavy feeling of happiness. after we pumped and invite our friends from the city...read more
That was better than I expected. the bar gets a call for the dirt bags that go there at night, but when I was eating for dinner, the service and eating were better than expected. Total
Great environment and the waiter is a gem. She is very attentive and kind. The wings I ordered were a bit over cooked but everything tasted fresh.
Good food and AMAZING service. Love the dog friendly outdoor seating!
