The staff is always friendly and the food is good. Top notch Jack's!
Way better than Highway 72, it’s not a lot of hooping and hollering and bullying employees over here, this will be my new location from now on.
15mins to order, 30mins to get our food. It was was fresh but drive thru seemed to be the priority, 15mins in between in each instore order. They appeared to have a full staff.
The location is very convenient- and I always enjoy the food- but their GM has the WORST attitude towards customers. I ordered a number 5 just the sandwiches, and he corrected me over the drive-thru to say: That 's not a Number 5, that 's just 2 cheeseburgers- just say that. This is not a first time incident either, everytime I have ordered food it is constantly a snappy andbad attitude from him.
Busy place on a Sunday AM. Took a while to get our food as it was sitting on the counter, getting cold, before husband went up to get it. Never called our number. Would have liked warmer food and was still good and filling.
