I don't mean not h... read more This used to be an excellent restaurant. We just went through the drive thru and we're asked to pull up and wait. Both our burgers were cold. I don't mean not hot or warm from sitting too long, rather refrigerated cold. The fries were half cooked and cold, so not sure why we had to pull up to wait. I will never come back to this restaurant!!! The customer service is lacking and needs addressed even for a fast food restaurant.
