I was treating myself today because I usually eat breakfast at home and that'swhat I get.

I got there and the girl literally said they wer... read more Literally the worst customer service I?ve experienced. Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11. I got there and the girl literally said they were closed and I couldn?t get my drinks. I said can I get a refund and she said she didn?tdeal with the app and I would have to come back another time. Her name as ?nic?. She had orange braids and was extremely rude. Seems like the norm for this place though.

She was rude both over the speaker and at the Pay window. Contacted corporate and nothing has been done and never heardfrom the franchisee. My family and I have boycotted this restaurant. Similar to the reaction of the franchisee. No contact

Seemed like the eggs were pre-cooked... read more 3 stars for food, 5 stars for the fast and friendly staff. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the center was cold! Seemed like the eggs were pre-cooked and microwaved-to-order. Also ordered a mochi donut. Horrible disappointment. Dunkins'version is nothing like a true crispy fluffy chewy mochi donut. Better off with their other donut options.

Previously My coffee was... read more Most recently, my visit was amazing. I was greeted by a cheery girl at the window. And the coffee and food were perfect. Made our day. Previously My coffee was cool, watery skim milk. Not a hint of coffee. I imagine they ran out of coffee, rinsedout the pot with water, poured that in my cup, and topped it with milk. That?s how it looked and tasted. The cream cheesebagel bites managed to taste both burnt and yet be freezing cold. And there were 2 dried out unappetizing strips of tastelessbacon in the snackin bacon package? at other Dunkins, the package is brimming with peppery, maple syrup delicious bacon. Ifthey were begging me to never come back, they couldn?t have done a better job. I?ve been so looking forward to this trip toDunkin. Kind of wanted to cry at just how bad EVERYTHING was. Threw it all away when I got home.
