I ordered through the app. When I picked up my order I didn?t check it before leaving which was my mistake. The muffin looks like it has a literal bite taken out of it. Why they would see that and put it in a bag and serve it is beyond me. Disgustingwill never go to this location again
Wish they paid attention to the walk though traffic opposed to making them wait untill they are done with the drive though traffic. Guess I'll just make my coffee to go at the house. When did they go up to $2.79 for a large cup of coffee? Do theythink they are in competition with Starbucks, or just there to rip people off from SSM Health?The coffee here is not all thegreat and often times very weak, specially if you have to wait for drive through to get done. Absolutely bad Customer Service,served with attitude ????
I really hate to leave a bad review for my favorite coffee joint, but this location is consistently bad! I always order an extra shot in my coffee's it's pretty obvious to tell when there is an extra shot or not. The last few times I've gone to thislocation, they give me my latte with an extra shot and it's a light, creamy color and tastes like milk with a sweetener. I canalso tell by the color when there is no extra shot! It's frustrating to pay the extra and not get what you paid for. Then,when I ask if there is indeed an extra shot, the gal at the window responds to me in a snarky way. Like, seriously. I JUST WANTWHAT I PAID FOR.
Only ordered 2 coffees and we had to explain it was 2 coffees, not one. Went to the drive thru and it took 15 minutes . This place could use a little help.
This restaurant has the best coffee in town and offers great service. Employees Casey and Sergio were very friendly and efficient, getting me in and out in just 5 minutes.
