The one thing I wish is t... read more The food was delicious and the place was packed when we arrived. The garlic chile fries were flavorful with the right amount of spice. The one thing I wish is there was somewhere to find the burger of the month. I got a wasabi burger from it and it was delicious, but could be helpful for those with food allergies. We got the large pretzel and it was impressive in size and flavor

The food is mediocre, as advertised. The service varies. Recently I was served on the outdoor patio by a waiter who made my table and many others wait unreasonably long due to taking wayyyyy to many trips and only doing one thing at a time. Just one thing. Take one drink order, go inside. Come out empty handed. Find out another table needs menus. Go back in to get menus without advancing any other table. Come out 6 minutes later with menus for that one table. Go back in without checking on other tables. Come out with food, go inside. Come out to take another drink order even though you still haven't taken drinks from that other table that has been waiting 15 minutes for drinks, and also the couple who requested menus 10 minutes ago appears to be staring you down reallll hard. This was on a slow Tuesday night. The bartender offered to serve me immediately, but I said no thanks I'll order from my table, lol. Yikes. Waiting tables involves a bit of multitasking and efficiency. Possibly also supervision of one inexperienced or inefficient waiters, to help them figure out how to manage 4 tables at various stages of their meals.
