Bojangles - Madison

Completely raw chicken in my chicken biscuit. Read many reviews after the fact and saw several others had the exact same experience with this location. Strongly suggest choosing another bojangles location.

I visit this Bojangles location approximately every three days. I usually dine in or get takeout since I come with a group of people. The restaurant is very clean, especially for a fast food establishment. The only issue I have encountered is that they have forgotten to include my Cajun gravy a couple of times with the breakfast platter.

Make sure you check your chicken! We came to order tenders for a quick snack but waited almost 30 min at the window just to go all the way home and find this.

The service at this restaurant is very slow and the servers are not attentive. I understand that fulfilling large orders is important, but if all I wanted was a sausage biscuit, bo rounds, and a drink, I don't see why I needed to wait 15 minutes. It would be more efficient to prioritize small orders and keep the line moving to reduce the wait time for everyone.

I usually stop by the Madison Bojangles 3 times a week for breakfast. I always order bo sized fries with my meal. The last 3 times they have not given me the Bo size. The first time I didn't say anything the second time they said they were out of large containers and they should have given me a small and a medium. The last time they said the medium was the new large lol. So the next time I wanted Bojangles I went to another location and guess what they gave me the Bo size. Needless to say I will not return to the Madison Bojangles, I just want what I pay for.
