We had a wonderful experience at this KFC location, especially after a disappointing visit to the KFC on Highway 53 at University Drive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shift manager was extremely pleasant. Our sizable order, which included two 16-piece meals, was prepared quickly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I went there to get dinner and was quite surprised by the experience. First, I heard staff informing customers that their drive-thru system was down and that everyone needed to come inside to place their orders. I suspect they were so overwhelmed that they opted to direct everyone indoors. I ordered an eight-piece meal with original white meat and crispy dark meat, but they got it wrong and gave me all original piece... View all feedback.
If no stars were possible, then it would get none. Tried to order with the KFC app, which includes paying with the order. Went to the restaurant following the pick up instructions. About 10 minutes after my pickup time, they told me that part of my order was not available. I told them to cancel the order. The Manager told me that the restaurant does not have a way to cancel an app order. I asked her to call someone else, but hot the same answer. She gave me an 800 number to call about my order. After about 15 minutes on hold, the answering end went to voice mail. There was no one to speak to at their 800 resolutions number for orders. I will not pay the $45 bill. The app will disappear as soon as I get this resolved. First time to KFC in a long time. This experience will make a much longer time before I consider offering KFC my business. Don’t roll out an app for ordering unless you have trained your employees on its workings and how to fix or resolve in-app issues. “I don’t know anything about the app” is not an answer, especially when the manager is the one giving patter.
I have to say that eating was delicious, but the sweet tee was as good as I wanted more of it, so please don't stop what they do, keep them the great work!
The personal is attentive and courteous, sometimes that is waiting a little long. please believe that the personal is nice, does not make that wait so bad.
Like every fast food place they need more employees. We got our food fairly quickly but others were not as lucky. I'm glad they keep their dinning room open later than many restaurants in the area.
The Jack Harlow combo is sweet ? I love it with fresh hot french fries
