I wouldn't recommend ordering the mashed bowl; you'll just end up with a greasy glob instead of a proper dish.

I tried ordering through the KFC app, which requires payment upfront, and followed the pickup instructions at the restaurant. About 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, they informed me that part of my order was unavailable. I asked to cancel, but the manager said the restaurant has no way to cancel app orders. When I requested she contact someone for help, I received the same response. She gave me an 800 number to call, but after 15 minutes on hold, I was sent to voicemail with no one available to assist. I refuse to pay the $45 bill. Once this is resolved, I will uninstall the app. This was my first visit to KFC in a long time, and this experience ensures it will be a long time before I return. Don’t launch an ordering app unless your staff is properly trained to handle it and resolve related problems. “I don’t know anything about the app” is unacceptable, especially coming from the manager.

I ordered... read more My recent order from KFC via Doordash was disappointing. Jessica from Doordash provided excellent service, but the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered an 8-piece family bucket for around $29, which was mostly dark meat and overly greasy. Additionally, the portions of mashed potatoes and coleslaw were too small. Unfortunately, I also felt very sick afterward. Overall, the KFC menu let me down this time.

Went to the restaurant following the pick up instructions. About 10 minutes after my pickup time, they told me that part of my orderwas not available. I told them to cancel the order. The Manager told me that the restaurant does not have a way to cancel an apporder. I asked her to call someone else, but hot the same answer. She gave me an 800 number to call about my order. After about15 minutes on hold, the answering end went to voice mail. There was no one to speak to at their 800 resolutions number fororders. I will not pay the $45 bill. The app will disappear as soon as I get this resolved. First time to KFC in a long time.This experience will make a much longer time before I consider offering KFC my business. Don?t roll out an app for orderingunless you have trained your employees on its workings and how to fix or resolve in-app issues. ?I don?t know anything about theapp? is not an answer, especially when the manager is the one giving patter.
