THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! I wish I could give negative stars. I placed my order and when I got to the window to pay, the girl gave me the wrong change. After checking my receipt, I pointed out that it wasn’t my order. She went inside to check and returned to tell me that the car in front of me had paid for my order. I asked for my food and the correct change, but she refused, saying I had to cover the cost of the car in front of me, which was $3 more than my order. They wanted me to pay for their mistake! After waiting 15 minutes and seeing them huddled together inside, I honked my horn and asked for my $10 back so I could leave. They said they couldn’t do that—no refunds. I insisted on getting my food and the correct change, while other cars lined up behind me. There’s more to this ordeal, but I won’t get into it. I will never stop there again. I don’t live nearby, but whenever I pass through Gluckstadt, I used to stop by. Lately, it’s been closed, but I was glad to see it open this time. I regret stopping at all. The worst part is how they treated me, acting like I had done something wrong—rolling their eyes and telling me I didn’t understand. I understood perfectly; their register was short, and they wanted me to pay for the mistake made by the young lady at the window. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally received my food—but still the wrong change. By that point, I no longer wanted it; who knows what they may have done to it? Never again! I guess my cats will enjoy it.

However, the drive-thru attendant was courteous, and my order was accurate. The tots were freshly fried and perfectly crispy.
