I'm kind of at a loss when I go to a res... read more We stopped and had lunch here going through Madison recently. I got the cod and fries (pictured). It was ok, not great. I'm kind of at a loss when I go to a restaurant that has mostly seafood because I have a shellfish allergy. It was a Sunday and they also had a brunch menu. Our waiter was great. I believe his name was Thomas.

Upon arrival, no one greeted us for over 5 minutes. After we were greeted and seated. We ordered drinks. Once the drinks came I placed an appetizer order for sh... read more Upon arrival, no one greeted us for over 5 minutes. After we were greeted and seated. We ordered drinks. Once the drinks came I placed an appetizer order for shrimp. It came about 30 minutes later. I beckoned for the waitress to came back about 30 minutes later. We placed our order for our meal. An hour later still no meal. Restaurant was not busy. Only the 3 of, a man at the bar waiting also. Later 2 ladies came in. No one greeted them for a while. Later group of 5 came in and ordered drinks. After being in the restaurant for over an hour and a half, I beckoned for the waitress and asked what was taking so long on our meal. She say they only had one cook. I looked to my right in the dining room, they were having a meeting in the far right corner with a out 8 to 10 employees. The meeting was more than important than the customers. I told the waitress to cancel our orders. She said it was about ready. We waited another 10 minutes. I told her just give us the bill for the advertisers She went and got management. The manager apologized and said we didn't owe anything. He asked us to please come. I see now why there were so few people in the restaurant. Very disappointed with this being a very nice chain restaurant.
