This penalizes a little the comfort of the rooms, even the new ones, which are not just in step with the times. Good restaurant with well-made characteristics. Less breakfast: being an inn that mainly hosts non-Italian walkers, the salty part is definitely minimal....to review.

The r... read more We stayed on a hike on Via Spluga in Albergo Cardinello. The sympathetic hotel owner Martino warmly welcomed us and proudly showed us the venerable house. The rooms are comfortably furnished and the beds are very comfortable. Since the restaurant was not yet in operation (we were a week too early), Martino drove us in the evening with his private PW to a nearby restaurant where we had eaten very well. Thanks again to Martino for hospitality!
