With typical alp... read more Having been to Madesimo several times, we always call here and with the quality of food and service we probably will call on any return visits. With typical alpine decore, the surroundings are very pleasant. A wood fired oven is used for cooking many of the dishes. The menu is comprehensive and pizzas are plentyful amd many diners choose from the pizza options.

Good service, nothing spectacular but warm enough that it makes you want to come back and there’s always the suggestion of dessert from the waiters which is very tempting. The first time I ate here I had the spaghetti and my friend had one of the others pastas, both which didn’t look like much but was actually very filling and perfectly al dente with good flavours. Shame that my friends pasta was over salted. The next day I had the sirloin steak which was cooked medium rare. The grilled vegetables which accompanied the main really made me laugh while I was expecting a good portion it was literally 4 small slices of different vegetables that had been grilled. It looked rather pitiful but the steak was fresh and exactly what I needed after a hard day skiing. The final night we both had a pizza each. No pepperoni here only one pizza with salami but as usual it was satisfying and filling. There is a variety of wines, beers, soft drinks and teas and coffees to accompany your meal. This place could be rather romantic with some candles and softer lighting and it could easily accommodate large groups. Service was quick and efficient including getting our food although be aware that if you order the sirloin steak it’ll take a bit longer. No wifi for its diners but is it really that important?! Roaming, data and minutes is included on most pay monthly plans nowadays so only the real cheapos will complain about this. Overall great value, very good service and a comfortable environment. Would definitely come back, grazie

We've used this place several time over the yea... read more This is a very nice restaurnt right in the centre of Madesimo and 50 meters or so away from the bubble ski lift. We've used this place several time over the years and never had a bad meal here. However, our favourite dish is the goulash soup. We tried it on 2 separate occasions. The service is good ans the decor id that of an alpine lodge. Give it a try.

We will definitely be back during our stay in Madesimo.
