The service was outstanding; the staff was helpful, prompt, and very friendly. This was the perfect place for our hungry family of five.

While we waited, other customers came in,... read more I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. I called in my order for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready. While we waited, other customers came in, placed their orders, and received their food before us. When we finally got our order, it was incorrect. The brisket and sauce were excellent, but the bun used for the sandwich detracted from the flavor of the brisket. In the end, we ended up discarding the bun and just enjoying the brisket on its own.

I hired Satterfields for my sister's 50th birthday celebration, and they were fantastic. They were informative, on time, and took care of all the setup. I couldn't have been happier! Thank you to the staff for everything you do! We'll definitely be back!

We ordered take out over the... read more The 5 is for their food everything was delicious. It smells like smokey heaven when you get there! The service was a little weird. We ordered take out over the phone and when we got there they told us they don 't start take out orders until we get there! Wth?? Plus they didn 't have 2 of the things we ordered. They said the person that took our order on the phone shouldn 't be doing that..?? Whatever. We gave them a pass this time! After 30 mins we got our order and it was very tasty. Will go back again on our next visit to Macon.
