While we waited, other customers came in, placed their orders, and received their food before us. When we finally got our order, it was incorrect. The brisket and sauce were excellent, but the bun used for the sandwich detracted from the flavor of the brisket. In the end, we ended up discarding the bun and just enjoying the brisket on its own.
