Kfc - Macon

I usually do not leave reviews particularly bad, but this has affected other people than just me. I ordered from this kfc through doordash. my poor servant sat there for over 45 minutes on the food of my family. first they told her they forgot about my order. she said they just play behind the counter and it wasn't almost closing time or something. later after more waiting, they told her that doordash had already picked up what was a lie because she would sit there where she would wait almost an hour (and I never delivered it so that it is not like another washer delivered it to me. I tried to call this kfc twice, but nobody answered. I had to cancel my order. this waiting also made my binder order late for their others. so, this messed up the dinner of my family, the business of my that, and the dinner of the other people was late at picking up and delivery because of kfc staff. the food is in order, the service is pathetic and childish. I'm sorry the beautiful DoorDash driver.

Went here last night. Asked for extra biscuits with my tender meal, lady asked me if I said macaroni and cheese, I said no I said extra biscuits. She said ok and asked me to pull around in the drive thru. I pay and get my meal. I park in the parking lot to check it and I didn't have extra biscuits, I had macaroni and cheese. I went inside to have them correct it, they said that was what I ordered. I told them no it wasn't and they still refused to fix my order. Stay far away from this place.

Wouldn't even leave 1 star, the employees don't know how to listen nor they they know how to speak clearly so they can be understood! Came away with the WRONG order because the person in drive through couldn't/wouldn't listen and couldn't/wouldn't speak clearly! Thoroughly disappointed and upset with service and I WILL NOT be.going back here!!

Waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they had nothing but wings and tenders after i ordered 2 8 piece sinners. When we agreed to the tenders, they told us 20 minutes. Dont go here

Customer service was great...don't understand why the fries are never ready
