Taco Bell - Macomb

They are open on weekends and consistently provide delicious food along with excellent customer service. Definitely a place worth visiting!

The location in Macomb, IL, is the worst I've experienced every single time I visit. I'm not sure who is responsible for the service there, but it seems like they are just going through the motions to collect a paycheck. I definitely won't be returning. The only positive aspect of my visits has been Shelby. She is always polite and well-groomed, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her job.

I attempted to place an order for my cheesy Gordita Crunch with extra spicy ranch, but the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and yelled at me and my volleyball team, telling us we were unwelcome. I will never return to this location, and my team feels the same way. We'll be heading to the Taco Bell in Canton instead, where the staff is friendly and I can enjoy my delicious Gordita Crunch with extra spicy ranch.

A day, after a full ball, my friends and I decided to get something taco bell. but this taco bell was more like taco bright! than my teammates and I walked in the taco bell to order Baja-Blow-Frost and doritos Locos-Taco. this worker came to us screamed to come out and that we had to order online. I never come back here again. I am disappointed and disgusting how they deal with customers and people who go there to have a good time. I will never come back here again and I will take my service to the taco bell in canton il.

Always messes up my order. I always request NO BEEF. I end up getting my burritos or tacos with Beef instead of black beans. Bought to the managers attention they just don’t care. The employees are rude, always rushing never paying attention. No hygiene what so ever within some employees.
