They did not honor our reservation after I had even called to make sure everything was good for our party of 8 since it was Easter! We called at 6:30pm to see if we could come move our reservation earlier and they told us we could not come at all because they had decided to close early. I went in and the “hostess/manager” told me they would not seat us. The dining room had people in it, but there was plenty of room for us. She proceeded to tell me we had no reservation and that they would not seat us. I showed her my reservation and confirmation number and she still lied about us not having a reservation! I don’t think this Buffalo Wild Wings should be in Opentable anymore as they OBVIOUSLY do not care about the people coming to their establishment! Chloe Chloe as they claimed their names were should be given a lesson or two in how to treat their customers! While we were in the parking lot trying to find somewhere to eat at least 8 other parties of people drove up and were turned away....absolutely horrible!!! We eat out a lot and this is the worst I have ever been treated!

We do not l... read more Our waitress was very attentive but not annoyingly attentive, which we like as whenever my husband and I go out to dinner, we like to take our time. We do not like feeling rushed and once we told our waitress that we like to take our time, she was very good about respecting our wishes. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food and the service. Would definitely recommend BWW.

Throughout the fall of 2020 I found myself trying to exclude meat from my life in the context of vegetarianism. This lead to my recent experience at Buffalo wild wings. AlthoughBuffalo wild wings is beloved many and offers a variety of interesting chicken flavours, it is deserving of a 3 start due to itslack of enjoyable vegetarian items.

This is usually a spot I would avoid because it is so commercialized , but here in Macomb, they are actually rather humble. They always have the best games on and the place isclean. The staff seems to be friendly and our waitresses are always attentive. With all that being said.....I would onlyrecommend dine in or actual pick up. I have door dashed BDUBs before and it was a total let down!!
