The service was extremely rude. An employee was holding ice cream that wasn’t part of our order, and when we politely mentioned it, he asked for our total. When we said we didn’t know, he laughed, pointed at us, and then straws were thrown in our direction. The staff was immature, and I will definitely not be returning.

I really enjoyed the donuts and ice cream. I just wish they offered a wider variety of food. The customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was impeccably clean.

The staff weren’t very friendly, and the inside could use some cleaning. The donuts were tasty, but the hash brown bites were soggy and clumped together.

I returned to my car to search for my receipt, but I still couldn’t find it. Eventually, I decided to take everything back inside—my coffee, the food, and the napkins. While I was looking for proof of my earlier order at the counter, I finally discovered the receipt hidden among the napkins. They accepted the return and replaced my order with the correct avocado toast topped with bacon. This whole process took at least five minutes, and there was no apology for the mix-up or the inconvenience. In the meantime, my sandwich ended up getting cold, forcing me to put it in the oven to warm it up. What could have been resolved in just 30 seconds with an apology and a piece of warm bacon became a frustrating ordeal that took nearly ten minutes. Now I’m using electricity to heat up my sandwich for an order that cost over $15; I expect much better service than this. It makes me wonder if this strict need for a receipt to fix a minor mistake is just part of corporate America’s tendency to complicate things and nickel and dime customers. If that’s the case, maybe it’s time for me to start making my own breakfast sandwiches.
