I ordered the chicken sandwich with curly fries, but when I got to work, I found regular fries instead. While it's not a huge issue, if you're going to charge me $14 for a meal, I expect it to be correct.
I went inside because the drive-thru line was too long. Unfortunately, I waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged. They didn't appear to be short-staffed, but it seemed like they needed at least four people just to handle the drive-thru. Customers were continuously coming in, and not a single employee looked up to assist us. This was the worst service I've ever experienced! I ended up leaving because, as a healthcare worker, I only have a limited amount of time for lunch.
The manager seemed to be taking on all the responsibilities themselves because the staff was not very motivated to put in effort. It's a disappointing situation.
It's always chaos at this Arby's. The employees are always friendly, except for one gentleman that was a supervisor. Today I bit into my cheeseburger and it was raw inside. This is a horrible thing to happen, especially with all of the salmonella cases happening lately.Thank you for your time,
