I can't stand the decor; it feels very sticky and outdated. I think I even spotted a cockroach on the wall—definitely not a good sign! As for vegetarian options, they are very limited—there are only two to choose from. View all feedback.
No atmosphere. A lot of businesses are struggling so you would think that you wouldn't be ignored or spoken to in a rude manner. Karen's are everywhere! We loved coming in, one particular staff member always made us feel welcomed, we even thought it was her business until we asked about her absence. I would've done anything to keep her on! she would always greet us with a smile and made us feel welcomed all the time. This place wasn't like this until recent. The chickens are too dry and or burnt, chips are a hit and miss and salads are not fresh. I really do hope things look up for this business as it is a shame.
Chicken dry, chargrilled corn soggy, Greek salad soggy, roast veggies also soggy. Not much to the gravy… maybe just a bad day?
Lovely food, however the manager or older gentleman is not so nice to his younger new co workers makes me feel sad for the younger workers that they're being treated and spoken to disrespectfully.
Owner kicks out people for simply buying drinks in other places, then calls customers racial slurs! Very disappointing customer service and standards!
