I have kn... read more I may seem biased given that the place belongs to my partner, but given that he is the creator of everything, as a good eater I feel I have to review. I have known Michele for more than a decade now and I can say that he has always been in search of perfection in things. Lover of food and manual culinary art, with Emiliando he has fulfilled a dream with which he manages to carry on thousand-year-old traditions in careful research of the product. The pastry is sublime, the flour and eggs are of excellent quality and everything is done with extreme passion. All I have to do is come and understand! P.s. I can't really say what I like best, everything is extremely qualitative and unique.

Michele rolls out the dough by hand with a rolling pin and personally chooses local ingredients of excellent quality. Highly recommended, we hope to be able to return soon!!!!
