Every kind of cappellacci, cappelletti, tortellini etc... all HANDMADE (following nonna's recipes and tradition) by a young very committed chef from bologna, in the heart of macerata !!! ...take away or eat on site as you please, very good concept indeed !!!

Genuine, fresh handmade pasta just as you'll find in Bologna's best places. Also sells local craft beer from MC77, some of the best!

I may seem biased given that the place belongs to my partner, but given that he is the creator of everything, as a good eater I feel I have to review. I have known Michele for more than a decade now and I can say that he has always been in search of perfection in things. Lover of food and manual culinary art, with Emiliando he has fulfilled a dream with which he manages to carry on thousand-year-old traditions in careful research of the product. The pastry is sublime, the flour and eggs are of excellent quality and everything is done with extreme passion. All I have to do is come and understand! P.s. I can't really say what I like best, everything is extremely qualitative and unique.

Michele rolls out the dough by hand with a rolling pin and personally chooses local ingredients of excellent quality. Highly recommended, we hope to be able to return soon!!!!
