My honey BBQ wings were sorry and didn 't seem cooked thru. I came all the way back asked for tenders instead and they gave methe sauce. Gratefully the other manager stepped in and agreed to put the sauce on the tenders. my receipt says her name isAshley at the window the others there say there is no Ashley there. I won 't be back here idk who taught this chic service youdon 't talk to customers aggressively. I 've been up since 4am she definitely poked the bear. Smh wow the attitude and beyond thatshe was barking while I was speaking to the other manager just wow.

They... read more Ordered lunch a half hour after opening for dine in, had to ask them to pack it up to go after seeing the dining room, which seemed like an inconvenience. They had not been open long enough for a lunch rush, only 11am. It did not look like it had beencleaned in several days or longer. There wasn't a single clean table or chair available at all. Probably the filthiest diningroom and fountain drink area I've ever seen in my life. I was truly horrified and nervous to eat the food and probably shouldn'thave. If that's how the dining room is kept, the kitchen must be worse. Service and food was just barely ok. No cole slaw ordipping sauce with my chicken strip box. Spicy chicken sandwich drowned in the spicy sauce. Fries were not fresh and extremelyoversalted. If we get sick, I know where it came from.

Aside from that, our order was perfect—the sides were delicious and the biscuits were delightful. We ordered the Original Recipe, and it was tasty, but someone needs to ensure the chicken is drained better. The staff was very polite, and we appreciated that everything we ordered was accurate and neatly organized in the bags.

It's frustrating to visit a place known for chicken and not find any. On two occasions, there was no chicken available, and during my most recent visit at 7:34 PM, the only options were a few sides and popcorn chicken. This situation raises concerns about why the employees aren't preparing food. Just cleaning the fryer isn't a satisfactory explanation. I wonder how much revenue they're losing due to this issue. After three visits without being able to order what I wanted, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

They took 30 minutes to prepare my order, and I expected to receive hot, fresh food for that wait! I recommend not eating here.
