Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The restaurant was dirty with overflowing garbage bins and a strong, unpleasant odor. I advise against visiting this place, it's the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

To camp today in Tuggeranong to eat lunch with grandchildren. Do not store overfilled and was in and out in about 10 minutes. When unpacking the order, we lacked a Big Mac that was ordered and on the Docket. My grandson had a...McHappy meal with lemonade that was actually soda water. After I arrived for lunch, instead of a Big Mac I went back to the store and was told that we lost our syrups and we were very busy not an excuse. You weren't busy in the store when I ordered. I was offered a voucher, but as we do not intend to go back, they finally offered a refund for the Big Mac only. Very disappointing!

McDonald's is as bad as always. However, there is no one else in the car so we end up going to KFC instead. The food at McDonald's tastes like leftovers from yesterday. They even gave us a chicken burger instead of a boxed meal with cheese. The bun was squished and it seemed like they were rushing our order.

My partner just went to Erindale Mcdonalds to order him a sausage muffin. When he began to eat, he noticed that the meat was not cooked.... DISGUSTET!!!

I have a hearing problem and cannot cope with the noisy environment. Now they have decided to close the function room to people. That is you will sit where we want and we will decide which parts of our premises we will deny you. After...a decade no further custom from me. Highly recommend both Erindale and Lanyon, not Tuggeranong.
