Stopped here on our way to the beach and it was a good lunch. We had some chips with queso, burrito, and a chicken bowl. Very good portion sizes and reasonably priced. View all feedback.
What Kevin Moelk doesn't like about Paniolos Kailua:
3.5 stars. It's just OK for me. Same concept as Chipotle where you either build a burrito or a bowl starting with a protein and then adding the rice, and so on. Not as fresh or as good as Chipotle, IMHO. Also, and I realize this may be an isolated case, but my burrito was lopsided. What I mean is that the ingredients were not evenly distributed, but rather all on one end or the other. Had to perform burrito surgery to straighten it out. Chips were stale, pass on those and buy a bag from the grocery store.

I got a chicken burrito bowl. Good prices, and good portions!
Stopped here after the beach for a quick dinner. Everything kind of sucked. Overall there is no love going into this food and it’s obvious. Made by highschool kids, low quality meat. Cheese didn’t even melt in the tacos or burrito. Not kid friendly, no highchairs available for dine-in. Also not good value for your money. Paid $30 USD for a burrito and 3 tacos.
The nachos are delicious ? great queso drizzle on topVegetarian options: They have great tofu!
The food was pretty good but the customer service was the best. All the workers were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely come back.
