Even though they often look tired, they consistently maintain a polite, cheerful, and professional demeanor. It appears they handle challenging customers throughout the day, yet they continue to show resilience. I sincerely hope their manager rewards them appropriately for their dedication. The food is delicious, and they always offer me ketchup, even if I haven’t ordered fries.

By the time we got our food, everything was cold, so we... read more We waited approximately 45 minutes for our order of two Whataburgers, along with fries and onion rings. By the time we got our food, everything was cold, so we had to send the fries and onion rings back. On top of that, there were no salt or napkins on the table, and we had to wait for those to be brought to us. They were also out of lemons for the tea! I will never return; both the service and food were disappointing.
