At first, I thought this food truck was a bit pricey, but after seeing the quality of the meat and the generous portion sizes, I realized it's actually very reasonably priced. Each plate was large enough to serve 2 or 3 people, which is an incredible amount of food! We tried the papas locas and the all-beef cheesy dogs. Is that green sauce really pico de gallo? I enjoy pico de gallo, but this sauce was AMAZING—like a flavor explosion! So delicious. The brisket is the best I've ever had, and I don't know what else to say about it. The hot dogs are more like sausages; they're huge, juicy, and packed with flavor. My kids wanted to go back for more right away. We all can't wait for our next visit!

Little did I know that the best one yet would come dir... read more We recently moved to Redbird Ranch and have been enjoying trying out the various food trucks in the area. Little did I know that the best one yet would come directly to our park and deliver top notch brisket with a magical green sauce right to our own neighborhood! The owner was very kind and seems to love what he is doing. It came through in the flavors and generous portion sizes. My family looks forward to your return to our subdivision next month and next time we will bring a long some friends to try it out as well! The cheese dogs and papa's locas were simply phenomenal. Thank you for a great dinner!
