3 time missing parts of order the manager would not refund or correct my order was extremely rude

Very disappointing . How are you going to sale sides that require utensils and not have any to give to customers that are dining in. Asked for a fork and the employee told me they don't have any. Why not warn customers before they order. Customer service was rude,in a rush and not accomadating at all. Manager was no help either.

Came here on 2/5/24 around 2pm ordered a grande meal deal , the chicken tenders weren't cooked all the way , chewy as they could be chicken was greasy the Mac n cheese tasted like it was old. My whole family has food poisoning included my 1 year old baby. If I didn't live 20 minuets away I'd return it. No one answered the phone when I called either super dissatisfied

Man church you hire Rudy as people and then you give a Little as chicken I thought I order hot wings come on don't be cheap I wish I would check my food before I left I would just gave it back dang biller miller next
