I'm not a regular at McDonald's but pleasantly surprised. I went to the drive on Sunday March 17 around 8:30 p.m. and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome both when placing the order and when going to the terminal to collect my order. Despite the kindness and helpfulness of staff, I found a few deficiencies in hygiene and training in horeca. Tables are not cleaned with aggressive products while guests eat next to them, as is not allowed to clean surfaces while food is being prepared.
