I remember working at the Mcneal Hospital and after work wanted some wings. I arrived at 10:00 and found out it was closed. Before I came to my car, the store manager pulled me aside that the customers came first. That really touched my heart and that was 2016. unbelievable. waited over 10 minutes in the line and once it was my turn of the kerl in the cash register refused to take my order 17 minutes before closing time. After I made a double in the sick house without break / food and even before the time phoned, I am very annoyed with them because they do not tell me that they stop ordering at 1130 clock. Lovely food, good atmosphere and extra friendly staff. I have enjoyed every meal I had at the Fox and Hounds.
Never usually go cause they have an hour wait.Food was absolutely mid. Probably unclean frying stations since my food was mega soggy.The kid who took my call didn't tell me it was card only since covid, and had cash on me only. So how am I supposed to pay?Nobody wanted to take accountability for THEIR mistake, and kept giving me an attitude for pressing them on it. Fast food shouldn't such a hassle, and their people are morons.

I’m so friken Mad!!! I walked in and was told they could not take my order… they only online orders! Since when??? I ask again politely if she could just take my order… she refused. This will be my last time eating from there!!
My wife said everyone deserves a second chance. So in spite of my feelings on Wingstop, I went back to give another try. NEVER AGAIN!I picked up my order. Wrong wings, fries are cold and not large as ordered. 7 people working in the store. Lady working the counter hears my issues. Barely speaks a word to me. Takes care of customers behind me before helping me. Counter lady reprints the receipt and hands it off to another lady. Other lady comes to the counter, takes the wrong order from me while not speaking a word. They didn't say sorry, or have a seat while we correct this. Nothing. I was left to assume they are fixing it. After 10 minutes of not telling me what was going on, I decided I'm out. Went to the counter, told the girl to just refund me. They said they would refund it, no questions asked. It was as if this happens a lot and they simply don't care. There is a Hooters down the street. That's where I'll be going from now on. Wingstops $10 response.
