Overall, the reviews for this restaurant were extremely negative. Customers complained of undercooked food, long wait times, rude and unprofessional staff, as well as a disorganized and filthy environment. One reviewer even expressed disbelief at the fact that they were forced to order online instead of in person. On the positive side, there was a heartwarming story from a customer who had a positive interaction with the store manager in the past. However, based on the majority of reviews, it seems that this location is far from meeting expectations and is not likely to attract repeat customers.

Lovely food, good atmosphere and extra friendly staff. I have enjoyed every meal I had at the Fox and Hounds.
Never usually go cause they have an hour wait.Food was absolutely mid. Probably unclean frying stations since my food was mega soggy.The kid who took my call didn't tell me it was card only since covid, and had cash on me only. So how am I supposed to pay?Nobody wanted to take accountability for THEIR mistake, and kept giving me an attitude for pressing them on it. Fast food shouldn't such a hassle, and their people are morons.
