Lisa came up to my window all of my microphone and she gave me the wrong item ask her to give me a new call because she put the fingers in my cup and she still refused to give me a new call after a while she decided to give me the right cup without wasting my time going back-and-forth asking ultimate members about the situation and about the cup this is unsatisfied and I'm not proud satisfied and an appropriate customer service
I have been here multiple times, and it was terrible. Nobody gets orders right, it is never fast, and everything is misleading. I ordered 2 glazed donuts to find out right when I got them they were out of stock. I do not recommend going here, just try going somewhere else.
THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! WHO EVER OWNS THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!

A few years ago this location was pretty good. Now it's slow as can be and employees work unmasked. Woman today had her mask under her chin and the man working with her had his under his nose. Ridiculous.

I was just in drive thru not more then ten mins ago and I ordered a large hot minute dark roast coffee and I got my coffee from the girl I'm driving and realized the coffee wasn't even hot come on dd for almost 4 bucks a cup you can't even serve hot coffee I'm make sure next time to just go to the one on Archer because forest veiws dd is really needing a pick up with there service .
Short storytelling always ends up being a very long almost atmospheric, energetic, chaotic, most compellingly and even lifesaving. My experience this time walking into Dunkin' right at dawn. The orange sunshine matches the Logo perfectly, as a passenger. I can spot the Dunkin' logo to my Uber driver on command. We make a quick one hundred and eighty degree's skip the drive thru and I head on inside. The smells of fresh ground coffee and the nearly tired smiles of the baristas. The people in line definitely needed their beans and Dunkin' provides. I quickly order; what I am in the mood for? I noticed the cold brew on tap next to the nitro brew. I definitely like my nitro brew but today I wanted something smooth and sweet. I needed a large cold brew with cold foam and two blue Berry glazed as a side. Their was no wait I was served on the spot. Usually sometimes they make you run to the other side of the counter after you paid. They also provide a knife and a fork for a customer who ordered a coffee roll. Along a larger parchment sheet for that person to cut it on at the table. I was pleased and the taste of my cold brew was almost a blast euphoria, it really helped me that day.
Asked for bagel with cream cheese, they put the cream cheese on the bagel, apparently there’s a shortage for cream cheese.

Staff got my order wrong even after repeating it 3 times, yesterday. Today I ordered same thing and started to tell th they gave me wrong order yesterday, she didn 't even let me speak answering, I don 't want to hear about yesterday. in a snotty tone. Smh I know they work for peanuts but that 's my money and time, because of such a wait I was late for work. Jeez

No sugar hazelnut cream – it may sound straightforward, but sometimes it's hard to get it right. On the other hand, the breakfast sandwich with basil is absolutely amazing!
I've been visiting this Dunkin' for my morning coffee for the past few weeks, and I've encountered issues every time. Whether it’s the employees being too busy chatting to take orders, getting my order wrong because they’re not paying attention, or receiving a broken cup that spills scalding coffee on me with the first sip—only to have the remake be incorrect as well—it's been quite frustrating. While the staff appears to be well-treated, it doesn't translate into good service, as no one seems to care about their jobs or the quality of the products they provide.
The mocha cappuccino blast had way too much mocha drizzle both mixed in and on top. Additionally, it was watery and thin when it should have been more like a milkshake!
I visited this Dunkin' location in May and found a fly in my son's avocado toast. When I contacted corporate, I was passed around and eventually referred to the store manager. The manager blamed the avocado supplier for the issue. They promised a refund by mail, but I never received it. Despite following up, I have yet to get a response. After this experience, I will not be returning to Dunkin'.
Well-organized, clean, and safe environment. Great coffee and a wide variety of donuts. Prices are fair. The staff is friendly and courteous. Thank you!
