The main cour... read more We had a lovely dinner at La Table d’Eugène. For starters, the avocado and salmon tartare was very flavorful and light, which we highly recommend. The main courses (beef whiting and lamb shank) were excellent and very refined. The waitresses were friendly and the setting intimate and quiet. One small drawback, however: a wait of about an hour for the starter.

However, there was a long wait between courses due to staff shortages; the waitress did what she could (not particularly bothersome for my partner and me, but worth noting). The prices on the menu were deliberately inflated to offer fake 40% discounts. A very questionable tactic... What a shame!

The dishes we... read more Family meal during a stay in Lyon. The waitress was lovely; our child's menu was immediately put on the menu as soon as we ordered the appetizers. The dishes were tender and flavorful. The portions were very generous for a semi-gastronomic restaurant. The wine recommendations were also excellent.
