There’s no waiting area for orders and no drive-thru, which made the experience inconvenient. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for an 8-piece meal. Furthermore, I found the staff to be quite rude, especially some of the female employees who have been unhelpful towards customers in the past. The restaurant could certainly use better customer service and improved staff training.

I frequently visit this restaurant since it's the only drive-thru along my route to night classes. Sadly, around 90% of the time, they get my order wrong. Wheth... read more I frequently visit this restaurant since it's the only drive-thru along my route to night classes. Sadly, around 90% of the time, they get my order wrong. Whether I’m in the drive-thru or inside, it seems to be a common issue; just last week, they gave me a side of gravy instead of fries. They often forget the sauce too, unless you specifically ask for it. Be sure to check your order thoroughly before you leave!

I paid with a hundred-dollar bill but only received exact change after asking for a receipt. The cashier attempted to shortchange me by a dollar and some change. Always make sure to ask for a receipt when ordering from the menu at this KFC!

The chicken batter wa... read more I ordered a big box with a free drink for pickup. The cashier seemed completely unenthusiastic, and their attitude came off as quite rude. The chicken batter was soggy and very greasy, as were the fries. The macaroni tasted powdery, the mashed potatoes and gravy were bland, and all the soda was flat. This was all after spending nearly fifty dollars! I'm giving it 2 stars only because the chicken was somewhat juicy, but otherwise, I would never order from here again. A major disappointment.
