The kitchen is refined. the products are of excellent quality and great freshness. the flavours are varied, the dishes presented with taste. It's a pleasure to discover them. We'll go back. The breakfast of the hotel is a very pleasant surprise, hearty, complete and once again very good products for the greatest pleasure of our palaces.

The food was unimaginative (smoked trout with cream cheese was one starter and relied very heavily on traditional dishes but without great execution. Wines (admittedly this is burgundy were on the expensive side, (a few more reasonably priced ones could surely be offered? . The cheese plate was also poor two extremely bland cheeses alongside some (better Epoisses. Why can there not be at least a little choice? Definitely not going back.

The food was creative and every course was on mark with both presentation and taste. The wine list of primarily burgundy selections was outstanding, rivaling most lists in NYC. Our champagne aperativ from Billecart Salmon and a bottle from JJ Confuron Chambolle Musigny complemented our meal perfectly. The staff must be congratulated as well. Professional and friendly service was the rule, attentive throughout. La Table de Jerome is a real find. If you are in the Morvan is it a must stop. We will certainly be back on our next trip in September. Thank you for an amazing meal!
