Another visit to the bistro. This is where you're gonna get an inventory menu. You can choose from three or four courses. Of course it's a limited choice, but if it's okay, it doesn't really matter. We thought it was bold in the meat drive. To offer a fish for-and a main dish on the menu. Both were surprisingly good.

Although the restaurant was closed and only the bistro opened, we close the surprise menu and we were surprised. The menu was worthy of the Michelin recommemdation the restaurant has.
