I rarely make reviews but the service this evening was really unfriendly! No smile, OK, but at least say thank you after wishing you a nice evening or goodbye would be appropriate... a greeting would also be appropriate. especially if you are the only customer.

I actually love this sushi shop and come here regularly despite the high prices because, in addition to the fine normal or veggie sushi, there are also many other delicacies (e.g. mochi, matcha cakes, etc. . Unfortunately, I have noticed the demotivated staff in the store several times. I would now like to report this back. Last time the situation arose where, because my husband really needed something to eat somewhere else, I wasn't allowed to eat with him in the store. The tables outside the small takeaway were occupied. I can understand that the store doesn't like it when other providers are eaten inside than their own. But with a customer who is 9 months pregnant and is shopping for 85, I would have expected more helpfulness/general interest. Accordingly, I was quite disappointed. Eating on the bench in the train station in all the loud hustle and bustle stressed me out a lot. I won't come over any more for now.
