My husband made a order thru the app and when we went to pick Mitchel stated that he cannot make the chai tea hot because he did not have the stuff to make but... read more My husband made a order thru the app and when we went to pick Mitchel stated that he cannot make the chai tea hot because he did not have the stuff to make but he can make ice. That did not make any sense the we ask to cancel just that item and he said that he can't neither that we need to call customer service. when we check customer service work Monday thru Friday and 7am to 7pm. so we cannot speak with someone due the fact that was a Saturday night. Then the guy walk away and did not help us anymore. This store is hones the worst customer service they did not even try to help he was a complete jerk with ud. he did not want to help or try to make our drinks. he was a completely jerk and the girl was a jerk as well
