Dunkin' - Lutz

It's a popular spot, but whenever I crave something specific, it seems to be sold out. This suggests that they run out of items quickly. I'd recommend going early or being ready to head to a nearby location instead.

A quick bite am sure.But in the afternoon, only one or two donuts is available for purchase...

Terrible service, go to a different dunkin if you can. Do not cater from this store.

My husband made a order thru the app and when we went to pick Mitchel stated that he cannot make the chai tea hot because he did not have the stuff to make but he can make ice. That did not make any sense the we ask to cancel just that item and he said that he can't neither that we need to call customer service. when we check customer service work Monday thru Friday and 7am to 7pm. so we cannot speak with someone due the fact that was a Saturday night. Then the guy walk away and did not help us anymore. This store is hones the worst customer service they did not even try to help he was a complete jerk with ud. he did not want to help or try to make our drinks. he was a completely jerk and the girl was a jerk as well

The girl refused to give me a tiny cup of whip cream for me to give my dog and said if I wanted a pup cup I should go to Starbucks... nice job advertising the competition! Wouldn't have been an issue that she said they don't do them but other people that work at the same location give me them and have never heard anything about them not being able to do that... I don't have high expectations for Dunkin but that was just weird considering she's the only employee I've ever had an issue with
