I'v... read more I've been here a number of times while staying in Luquillo over the years. They don't have a ton of vegan options, but the breakfast potatoes are delicious. I've gotten the avocado pizza without cheese and it was amazing. My usual is a veggie bowl without the Chipotle aoli (not vegan mayo). The pigeon pea soup is also vegan and very good. None of the pastries are vegan friendly, which would be nice and certainly is easy to do but oh well. They have coffee and a variety of plant milks.
