So, I had to think about... read more I was craving breakfast from Chick-fil-A, which has become a little ritual for me whenever I'm off Keto, but of course, it was Sunday. So, I had to think about my other options. My first choice was Hardee's, and thankfully, I arrived early enough to catch breakfast. I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits along with some hash browns. I realize I can have bacon, eggs, and cheese every day on my regular diet, but since typical bread and any kind of potatoes are not on the menu, this was more about making reasonable choices that still taste great. I was really pleased with my breakfast, and my girlfriend enjoyed her meal too. No complaints here, and I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area.

Fortunately, the staff at this restaurant were incredibly attentive and provided us with the support we needed. It was a relief to discover a place that was still open when so many others had shut down. With kids to feed and an electric stove, we were grateful for their help and the opportunity to enjoy a meal.
