A friend had the same thing happen. The only thing I would recommend are the egg rolls.

To make matters worse, after waiting 40 minutes, I was told they had run out of grilled chicken! The customer service was also lacking, with a really poor attitude from the staff. I would recommend avoiding this location, especially if you're looking for a family-friendly environment.

My orders are frequently incorrect, even with online orders—it's quite frustrating. I end up spending too much time waiting for what should be fast food; it's unacceptable for it to take 30 to 45 minutes just to receive chicken. The prices don't justify the wait. They also advertise new menu items that are often unavailable. If it weren't for my kids, I wouldn't return here at all; in fact, I avoided it for months after my last visit, which was a disaster—they even lost my order after an hour!

I stood there with no greeting for atleast 10 minutes. One employee turned around and asked me what I needed. I stated I was there for my online order. The employees turned back around and started resuming their conversation. I saw my order behind the counter. I waited another 10 minutes while they talked. One of the employees in the back stated to the front that I was still standing there. The employees turned around and asked again what I needed. I again explained I had a order online and pointed to my food behind the counter. They just stood there. One employee finally grabbed my order. My food was cold by that time I didn't care. Will not visit this establishment again. Also during the time I was standing there, I was the only person waiting.
