What Barbara Sommerer dislikes about Subway:
I wish I didn't have to give this place one star. The staff clearly lacks proper training, and the customer service is quite rude. They charge extra for every topping, which I've never encountered before—I've never been charged for lettuce until I visited this store. I stopped by this subway today 3/8/2022. The sandwich maker (as pathetic as it sounds) had the audacity to speak to me in a rude manner. I left the store without ordering anything bc of the horrible customer service and when I called the store to speak to the manager or owner he was just as rude. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! I don’t suggest anyone to stop here either!!! Horrible customer service and racist workers as well, but what’s to be expected when it’s in a racist area.
