It was the most absurd customer service I've ever encountered. I've dined there several times, and while the service has never been exceptional, it used to be a convenient place to eat in the neighborhood. The food was decent, but it was never consistently good. Suffice it to say, I won't be returning again. Service: Dine-in.

I ordered the ribey... read more We've dined here a couple of times, and both the food and service have been exceptional! Their onion rings are among the best I've ever had. I ordered the ribeye on both visits because it was so delicious the first time that I had to have it again. I prefer my steak medium rare, but on my second visit to Santo's, my ribeye was cooked well done. However, they promptly cooked me a new one to my liking. I highly recommend Santo's!! The food was great every time I've visited. I think Luling needs to do better supporting businesses in their community.
